Douyin Short Video – Also called Douyin – It’s a vertical video mobile app. The user can record 1 minute video and upload it to the platform. Other users also can leave message for interaction. Eventually Douyin becomes a widely popular making profit app by the users integrating external online shopping links or other Chinese social platforms for business.

Douyin is operated by Beijing ByteDance Technology, incubated by the news app Toutiao and then launched in September 2016.
